I'm honored to have been included in Asiya Wadud's Echo Exhibit organized by the LMCC as part of the River to River festival.
From late June to early July, Asiya Wadud, Chia-Lun Chang, Madison McCartha, Alisha Mascarenhas, Sevinç Çalhanoğlu, and myself had 15 minute phone conversations with strangers, which we then turned into poems. Shannon Finnegan created vinyls out of these poems that now live on a few storefronts in Manhattan's Seaport area.
You can read our poems here.
